RDC Nepal has been executing Nepal Integrated Development Program since 2017 with support of Qatar Charity Nepal. Under the programs, integrated approach of support is provided to uplift the needy, vulnerable and disable people lives socially and economically. Through different programs, the people are being supported in different areas as per requirement and needs. The working areas of the program are water sanitation and hygiene, Health, Nutritional food, Livelihood, Irrigation, Education and Sponsorship. The coverage areas of the program is Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahotari, Dhanusha, Bara and Parsa District in Madhesh Province, Nepal. To provide safe drinking water and enhance sanitation facilities to the poor families and at community level, RDC in support of Qatar Charity Nepal implemented Shallow Tube-Well Project in 3 palika of Rautahat District
Project Objective:
- To provide safe drinking water to poor families in rural areas.
- To ensure the access of sanitation facilities at community level.
- To contribute on reducing water borne diseases and saving time of fetching water.
